The Associated Press has declared Mitt Romney the winner in the Hawaii Republican presidential caucus. With 80 percent of precincts reporting, Romney has 3,184 votes, or 46 percent, versus 1,781 for Rick Santorum, at 26 percent. Ron Paul is third with 1,247, or 18 percent, and Newt Gingrich is last, with 771 votes, or 11 percent.
