Four City & County Labor supervisors were arrested in an alleged conspiracy to get drugs and contraband into an Oahu prison, KITV reports.

The deputies searched four city and county vehicles.  In one of the vehicles, they found an “ice” pipe and a bag with a white, crystalline substance in a cooler.  There was one city and county worker and eight inmates in that van.

The city and county worker has been identified as Gordon Ng.  He was charged with promoting dangerous drugs in the third-degree.  The inmates were also arrested.

In one of the remaining three city vehicles, deputies found large, clear bags of tobacco, which is considered prison contraband.
