About 45 minutes west of Dallas, Keller has a population of about 40,000 residents. Soon-to-be-former City Manager Dan O’Leary decided that’s not big enough to support three executives, so he quit.
“It’s a little unusual for a city of our size to have three city managers,” he said, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “There was a time that was needed, but at this point in time, I don’t think we need three city managers.”
