The Honolulu Board of Water Supply is looking to supplement its revenue and keep rates down by leasing out some of its six-acre prime Downtown real estate to developers.

That’s the news from my story today. Queen’s Hospital, strapped for space next door, is interested in expanding and might want to build a parking structure.
