You probably noticed changes to CivilBeat.com today. DC808, our blog from Washington, D.C., is no longer in the navigation bar at the top of the page or in a box on the left side of the home page below “More News,” the way it used to be.
That doesn’t mean it’s disappeared. Just that we’ve diminished its presence on the site because our reporter in the nation’s capital has taken a new job and will only be writing for Civil Beat on a freelance basis.
Adrienne LaFrance will still be updating the blog at DC808.blogs.civilbeat.com, just not as frequently as in the past. She’ll also still be filing stories from Washington, just not as often.
I hope this helps.
