Mr. President, before I discuss my pending amendment to the Postal Service reform bill, I would like to take a moment to honor four brave soldiers based out of Schofield Barracks from Hawaii who died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan on Thursday. They made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country, and we will never forget them.
My thoughts and prayers, and I know the thoughts and prayers of many others in Hawaii and others across the United States, are with their families tonight. We honor and thank them and are so sorry for their loss.
