Another Year on HSAC for Chang

Stanley Chang has been re-appointed to represent Honolulu on the Hawaii State Association of Counties, a nonprofit made up of members of each of the four county councils to advocate for the counties at the Hawaii Legislature.

Ikaika Anderson is the alternate for when Chang can’t make it.

Chair Ernie Martin announced the appointments for Fiscal Year 2013 in a memo to members yesterday.
