A selective list of bills and briefings Monday at the Capitol:

• House Finance will hear Senate Bill 755, the measure that would give the governor authority to waive environmental regulation.

• Senate Economic Development and Technology will hold a confirmation hearing regarding the nomination of Sonny Bhagowalia asthe governor’s chief information officer.

• Senate Ways and Means will hear the bill that is the state’s supplemental budget.

• Senate Judiciary and Labor will hear a slate of measures, including one requiring the Campaign Spending Commission to maintain public records in a searchable database and another that would allow dogs in restaurants.

• House Finance will hear a bill that could lead to all state and county publications to be available electronically and online.
