David Foley is facing disciplinary review for his conduct at a lavish Las Vegas conference in 2010, the newspaper reports. Foley is a deputy commissioner in the GSA’s Public Buildings Service.
As DC808 reported last week, the video in question features an ukulele-strumming federal employee identified as Hank Terlaje, who jokes that he’ll “never be under investigation” by the Office of the Inspector General despite $823,000 in GSA expenses for the conference.
The Washington Post reports Foley “appears prominently” in the short video, which won top honors at the conference in question.
