Hawaii GOP’s Lincoln Day Dinner … in April?

While most Lincoln Day Dinners are held in February, the month in which the first Republican president was born, Hawaii Republicans this year have scheduled their 2012 dinner for April 20 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

The party has been busy, especially with its first-ever presidential caucus March 13.

Past dinner keynoters in Hawaii have included Newt Gingrich.
