Hawaii Not Alone in Evaluation, Race to Top Concerns

New York principals and the National School Boards Association are criticizing Race to the Top and other “strict quantitative accountability” education reform efforts. 

More than 1,400 principals sent an open letter to the president to express their concerns. That letter came a week after a similar one from NSBA.
