House Speaker Calvin Say and Senate President Shan Tsutsui had to extend the extended session for another 15 minutes, but conferees on House Bill 304 — money for health, social and community programs — signed off on a conference draft.

Rep. Marcus Oshiro and Sen. David Ige, state Capitol, April 27, 2012.
