I told you yesterday how Budget Director Mike Hansen sent the Honolulu City Council a proposed draft bill to increase the credit limit from $350 million to $450 million.
Chair Ernie Martin quickly introduced the measure on behalf of the administration, and now it’s Bill 37.
That procedural step clears the way for it to be included on the agenda for next week’s full council meeting in Kapolei. The agenda will be posted Thursday.
