This week’s demise of legislation requiring teacher evaluations has bloggers chattering about Race to the Top implications.
Despite DOE assurances that the Ed Board will simply implement the proposed changes via policy, there is much concern over how the feds will view the bills’ failure. Those policies are on the board’s agenda Tuesday.
