I alluded to it last week here, and now you can read the fruits of our labor.

Civil Beat newcomer Nathan Eagle and I evaluated the idea that it’s “reckless” for HART to move forward with rail construction before getting a guarantee of federal funding.

Turns out there are other rail projects who have done the same thing.
