Seawater Air Conditioning Project Makes Progress

The Honolulu City Council granted Honolulu Seawater Air Conditioning three easements this week for constructing a piping system through the streets of downtown Honolulu. 

The project still has a number of permits and hoops to jump through to make the project a reality, as Civil Beat reported earlier this month.
