That’s what Eric Golub of the rightward The Washington Times suggests in a recent post.
Golub is opining on who would make a good running mate for Mitt Romney.
Excerpt:
Governor Lingle is well liked, non-threatening, and intelligent. She is a successful problem-solver like Mr. Romney. She has crossover appeal. Yet the best choice has to come from the best category.
Golub calls Lingle “my favorite out-of-nowhere dark horse.”
