Kirk Caldwell will officially sign the paperwork to become a mayoral candidate Thursday.
The Caldwell campaign has called a 2:30 p.m. press conference at Honolulu Hale to file the nomination papers and release what he’s calling “A Roadmap For Our Future” — a booklet featuring his platform.
Ben Cayetano has already filed, and Mayor Peter Carlisle is expected to turn in his homework by next week’s deadline.
