Donne Dawson has returned to her former gig as film industry development manager for the Hawaii Film Office.
The office is part of the DBEDT’s Creative Industries Division. It serves as an information resource to filmmakers, manages the Hawaii Film Studio at Diamond Head, promotes Hawai’i as a filming destination, and develops the local film, television and digital media industries in the islands, according to a DEBDT press release.
Dawson managed the Hawai‘i Film Office from 2001 to 2009.
