Dan Boylan moderates this recap of Hawaii’s 2012 legislative session. Throughout the session, legislators proposed changes to environmental laws, plastic shopping bag fees, teacher evaluations and state land swaps, among other issues, while continuing to face budget challenges. Scheduled guests will also discuss upcoming elections for state and national offices.
