Dan Boylan moderates this recap of Hawaii’s 2012 legislative session. Throughout the session, legislators proposed changes to environmental laws, plastic shopping bag fees, teacher evaluations and state land swaps, among other issues, while continuing to face budget challenges. Scheduled guests will also discuss upcoming elections for state and national offices.
Those guests are Richard Borreca of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Wayne Yoshioka of Hawaii Public Radio, me and, with luck, Gina Mangieri of KHON.

Conference Room 309, state Capitol, April 30, 2012.
