Hawaii Supreme Court: State Has Failed to Adequately Fund DHHL

The Hawaii Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that the “State has failed, by any reasonable measure, under the undisputed facts, to provide sufficient funding to (the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.”
