One that got past me earlier: The Senate revived SB 2946 on the floor and agreed to the last House version.

Of note, however: that version was obviously intended to be fleshed out in conference committee. It still includes some blank spots for dollar amounts.

The bill, a Senate priority, will extend until mid-2016 the state’s increased daily rental-car surcharge (approved last session) to help fund rental car facilities at Honolulu and Kahului airports.

A portion of the increase would continue to be diverted to the state’s general fund, as well as into a special fund for construction of rental car facilities at airports. The bill also would allow the Department of Transportation to issue up to $500 million in bonds to build those facilities.
