The UH Board of Regents has approved Hawaii’s first graduate degree program in marine biology. 

The university shared the news in a release today. 

The program will be jointly administered by the College of Natural Sciences and School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology at UH Manoa.

Students will learn how to identify, investigate and solve problems related to ocean and coastal resources among a litany of other skills.
