They include Rep. Jimmy Tokioka telling Speaker Calvin Say he may have forgot to ask for a “conflict of interest” ruling on Tuesday when a vote was taken on a cable bill.

As Civil Beat has reported, Tokioka works for Oceanic Time Warner Cable.
