I’ve had a few hours now to digest the agenda for next week’s Honolulu City Council meeting. Here are the highlights:

  • Bill 37 — Increasing the city’s line of credit limit from $350 million to $450 million and giving the rail project access to that money.
  • The city’s operating budget (with proposed amendments by Tom Berg and Ann Kobayashi)
  • The city’s capital budget (with proposed amendments by Nestor Garcia and Ann Kobayashi)
