Gov. Neil Abercrombie will introduce his nominee for associate justice to the Hawaii Supreme Court Tuesday (June 5) at 2:30 p.m.
The nomination, which requires confirmation by the state Senate, would fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Justice James E. Duffy Jr.
The announcement, to be held at the Executive Office Ceremonial Room, will be streamed live.
