Maui Housing Prices Hit a Five-year Low in May

Maui County home prices have dropped to their lowest level in at least five years.

The latest data shows that median prices for a single-family home in Maui County dropped 18.5 percent to $382,250 in May compared to the same month last year, according to the Maui News.

Maui’s May numbers are in stark contrast to the five-year high that Oahu home prices saw last month.
