After a brief respite, Occupy Honolulu again finds itself in the crosshairs of the city’s enforcement of the Stored Property Ordinance.

H. Doug Matsuoka details on his blog what he says is raid No. 23 on the encampment.

I talked to Matsuoka for my story last week about how the sidewalk ban has worked over its first six months. He told me it had been three weeks since protestors had been hassled by city workers and that the Occupiers had devised a tent-swapping system to avoid having their stuff impounded.

City leaders said they were frustrated by the protestors’ ability to circumvent the law but said there were no plans to change or strengthen it at this point in time.
