Dan, Dan, Mazie and Colleen say Hawaii will receive $8.4 million to buy new buses for all four counties.
The money comes from the fiscal year 2012 State of Good Repair Program administered by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
The awards are:
• County of Hawaii: $1.2 million
• County of Maui: $1 million
• City and County of Honolulu: $5 million
• County of Kauai: $1.2
