Our story today looked at the seven independent-expenditure-only organizations that have registered with the Campaign Spending Commission and are allowed to raise and expend an unlimited amount of money on this year’s election.

Today, the list was updated to include an eighth group — Hawaii Building & Construction Trades Council. If it was formed before last Friday, we’ll find out Wednesday how much the group has pulled in.
