The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, which has spent more than $500,000 to help Linda Lingle get elected to the U.S. Senate, has launched yet another television advertisement on the Republican’s behalf.
“Governor Lingle has a proven bipartisan record of working across the aisle to ensure that jobs and growth come first,” said Rob Engstrom, the U.S. Chamber’s senior vice president and national political director, in a press release. “In Hawaii, that means working with Democrats and Republicans to promote tourism and supporting transportation and infrastructure projects that help create jobs.”
