Cold Shower for Kailua Protestors

A recently approved ban on commercial activities on some Kailua beach parks had at least one business owner riled enough to hose down some protestors with water. 

Civil Beat’s television partner, KITV, has this report. It even includes the video of Bob Twogood, of Twogood Kayaks, hosing off protestors in front of his store.

The Honolulu City Council approved the commercial ban last week when they passed Bill 11.
