HART chief Dan Grabauskas is cutting down the number of public relations staff and consultants from 23 to 9.5 full-time equivalent positions.
He said at a press conference outside of Alii Place that the reductions would total more than $2.8 million in savings.
Among the subconsultants are Lychee Productions, which will result in a $1.17 million cost savings, and Carlson Communications, which will save $351,000.
More coming soon.
