Hawaii’s ‘Pro-Gun’ Governor?

That’s according to this post at Guns.com, “a daily online news source for the firearms world.”

The post was prompted by Gov. Neil Abercrombie‘s signing into law House Bill 679, which, according to Guns.com, “will make it easier (or at least more tempting) for NRA representatives to give firearm training instruction in the beautiful island state.”

Excerpt:

That means fewer court battles for the NRA and more gun permits and firearms in the hands of Hawaiian citizens. It’s a win-win for everybody involved. …

Not to become too politically charged in this article, but we’re not very accustomed to Democrats pushing pro-gun legislation. We could get used to this!
