“Raymond L’Heureux is a visionary leader,” Superintendent Matayoshi said in a statement. “As we continue our journey to transform Hawaii’s public school system, L’Heureux’s comprehensive operations, planning, logistics, and risk management experience will be integral to the implementation of our strategic plan for 21st-century school facilities and support services focused on students and achievement in the classroom.”
A retired Marine, L’Heureux said he looks forward to giving back to the district in his new role.
