Defense Secretary Leon Panetta on Tuesday lifted the flying restrictions on the military’s F-22 stealth fighter jets, including some grounded in Hawaii, according to the Associated Press.
Earlier this month, a pilot in the Hawaii Air National Guard felt dizzy when the plane malfunctioned and wasn’t producing enough oxygen.
