Rail Transit Subject of Honolulu Council Member’s Speaking Tour

Honolulu City Council Member Breene Harimoto wants to tell you about rail.

Over the next few weeks, Harimoto will host three “Let’s Talk Transit” meetings in his district, which includes Pearl City, Halawa and Waimalu.

The meetings will be held in District 8 communities where Harimoto plans to respond to citizen questions and concerns about the $5.2 billion project.

Here’s where Harimoto plans to be:

July 17: Alvah Scott Elementary School Cafeteria

July 18: Waipahu High School Cafeteria

July 31: Waiau District Park

Each discussion will take place from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
