Hearing the news about delayed election results this afternoon, some politicians have a new game plan.

Gil Keith-Agaran, the House Judiciary chair running against fellow Democrat Joe Pontanilla for the Kahului-Wailuku-Puunene area seat, tweeted (@GilKAOGG, 1,002 followers) the following:

“Since Big Isle polls open until 730 I might as well sign wave at Central Maui polls until 6pm.”

Meantime, former Kauai state Sen. Gary Hooser, who is running for a Garden Isle Council seat, tweeted (@garyhooser, 675 followers) this:

“Looks like going to be a long night with results delayed until Big Island polls close at 7:30pm…hanging out at home with friends.”
