You can bet the embattled Hawaii County Clerk, Jamae Kawauchi, will figure prominently into the agenda. We’re keeping tabs on it.
Capitol Watch reports:
Several matters relating to the Hawaii County Clerk’s Office and the primary election are on the meeting agenda for the state Office of Elections.
It’s set for 10 a.m. Wednesday (Aug. 22) at 415 S. Beretania Room 309.
The office will also discuss preparations for the general election.
The Big Island’s handling of voting in some precincts has been in the news lately.
