Ethics Panel Settles Charges Against Hawaii Family Forum, Catholic Conf

The Hawaii Catholic Conference has agreed to pay $1,000 into the state’s general fund, while the Hawaii Family Forum will pay $2,000.

The State Ethics Commission says the two groups appeared to be delinquent in filing lobbying reports.
