Sen. Daniel Inouye has been generous to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee this cycle. The Hill reports that his PAC had given the committee a whopping $600,000 through the end of May.
That makes Inouye the biggest DSCC donor, according to data from the Center for Responsive Politics. Other Democrats on Capitol Hill who shelled out big bucks for the DSCC: Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., with $386,000; Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., who gave $350,000; and Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., who gave $335,000.
