Molokai Ranch Sells 2.3 Acres to University of Hawaii

The new parcel is next to the existing UH Maui College and will make room for an expansion. The college enrolls about 250 students.

Molokai Properties Ltd, which does business as Molokai Ranch, announced it has sold 3.2 acres of land in Kaunakakai to the University of Hawaii. 

The parcel is located adjacent to the existing UH Maui College Molokai Education Center and will help the UH System realize its master plan goals of expanding its educational facilities on the island.
