Here’s the latest from the Hawaii Supreme Court on allegations involving voter fraud taking place in the race for the Honolulu City Council seat in District 7.

Civil Beat Reporter Nathan Eagle reports that the Supreme Court ruled that council candidate Martin Han could not prove any wrongdoing by Joey Manahan, who won the seat during the Aug. 11 primary.

The court also noted that Han didn’t provide enough information to implicate District 7 Council Member Romy Cachola was involved in voter intimidation.
