Northern fur seals live in waters around the Aleutian Islands and California, but one of them has made a surprise stop in Hawaii, The Huffington Post reports.

The seal was emaciated and weak. NOAA officials, who don’t know how the seal ended up at Sunset Beach, took it to the Honolulu Zoo.
