Saturday, September 22nd

  • 9:00 am—Mayor Carlisle rides in the Aloha Festivals Floral Parade. Ala Moana Regional Park through Waikiki to Kapiolani Regional Park.
  • 1:30 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the grand opening and dedication ceremony of a new playground. Ewa Beach Community Park.

Sunday, September 23rd

  • 4:15 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the 2012 World Vintage Rugby Carnival. Waikiki Shell.
  • 5:30 pm—Mayor Carlisle presents a proclamation at the Sunset on the Beach event and Hawaii 5-0 season premiere showing. Queen’s Surf beach.

Tuesday, September 25th

  • 6:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at a Honolulu County Committee on the Status of Women forum. Mission Memorial Auditorium.

Thursday, September 27th

  • 7:45 am—Mayor Carlisle presents a proclamation at Iolani School’s 150th Anniversary Celebration. Iolani School.
  • 5:00 pm—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the opening of the Hawaii Korean Artists Association Exhibition. Honolulu Hale Courtyard.

Friday, September 28th

  • 8:00 am—Mayor Carlisle delivers remarks at the Project Management Institute Honolulu Chapter Professional Development Day. Ala Moana Hotel.
  • 5:30 pm—Mayor Carlisle is a guest at the Honolulu Zoological Society’s Zoofari 2012—“Elephant Moon” fundraising dinner gala. HonoluluZoo.
