Editor Ikaika Hussey writes: “Just heard from Ray Catania on Kauai that their county council has passed a reso calling for PLDC repeal.”
The county resolution doesn’t have any teeth, but it sends a clear political signal to the governor and state Ledge. Some state lawmakers have already vowed to work for Act 55’s repeal this upcoming session.
