PLDC Board Meeting Will Discuss Rules

The Public Land Development Corporation’s next board meeting is set for September 20 at 2:30 p.m. in the Kalanimoku Building, room 132, in downtown Honolulu.

The meetings are open to the public. 

PLDC staff will brief the board on the public comments they received during meetings throughout the islands on the corporation’s draft rules. 

Also on the agenda, is a discussion about a letter that Sen. Donovan Dela Cruz, who sponsored the legislation creating the PLDC, and Sen. Malama Sololmon sent to PLDC board members and staff. The letter raised concerns about a campaign of misinformation from PLDC opponents and the need for the corporation to adopt a strategic plan.
