Would you vote to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act? Would you vote to legalize physician-assisted suicide in Hawaii? Would you vote for a state constitutional amendment defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman?

Those are some of the questions asked of political candidates surveyed by the Hawaii Family Forum and the Hawaii Catholic Conference. The groups have issued a 2012 general election guide.

Those who did NOT respond to the guide include the Democrats running for Congress and many state House and Senate candidates, but a lot of Republicans did provide answers.
