Honolulu Mayor Peter Carlisle plans to sign the purchase and sale agreement to give 12 of the city’s affordable housing to a group of private developers.

Carlisle plans to sign the deal in his office at 1 p.m. today.
Here’s a story about the Honolulu City Council’s approval of the sale.
