PLDC Rally Starts Off With A Trickle

About 15 people have shown up at the State Capitol in downtown Honolulu to protest the Public Land Development Corporation. 

Rallies are being held throughout the islands. 

The protest is scheduled to end at 4 p.m. As of now, there isn’t much of a showing. There are a couple of signs among the small gathering bedecked in red T-shirts.
